Testimonials
Lynda Thompson:
Evan's podcast helps me bridge the gap between needing to know about tech in AEC, but not needing to be an expert. He manages to be intellectual and informative without alienating. With his quote "I'm not just a technology champion, I just want us [the architecture profession] to make progress" he champions the issues I feel so strongly about.
Mark LePage:
If you’re not listening to every episode of TRXL podcast, you’re missing the future of architecture. Every episode Evan Troxel chats with the people leading companies and technologies that will impact what and how we create architecture next.
Matt Wash:
The TRXL Podcast remains my go‑to for understanding how digital continues to shape the AEC industry.
Matthew Krissel, FAIA, Principal, Perkins&Will:
Evan and the TRXL platform are at the forefront of reshaping the conversation in the AEC industry. With a focus on driving change in design, technology, and outcomes, TRXL serves as both a catalyst for innovation and a refreshing resource for students and professionals. Thought-provoking and engaging, TRXL is an essential listen for anyone looking to challenge the status quo.
Nick Cameron, Director of Digital Practice and Principal, Perkins&Will:
It’s the only AEC podcast that’s bridged the pre- and post-pandemic landscape, and for good reason. Evan has a unique ability to draw out conversations that resonate with both tech-savvy listeners and non-tech colleagues alike. I often share TRXL episodes with my team to spark discussions on emerging apps, tech, and workflows, making it a regular recommendation across our studios and Digital Practice.
About the name
TRXL is Troxel — my last name — without the vowels. Pronounced troksl.
Why this show?
Architecture's future is being written right now by a small number of people with real conviction. I wanted a place where those conversations could happen in the open — unscripted, long-form, and accessible to anyone in the industry who wants to listen in.
