Protecting your privacy is very important to TRXL. The following notice will help you understand how TRXL collects, uses and safeguards the personal information you volunteer to our Web site.

When you volunteer information to TRXL through any means of collection, we endeavor to strictly guard your privacy. However when you volunteer information to us this information becomes the property of TRXL.co and its company.   • any personal information (about you or your company) on our site unrelated to TRXL membership, a story on you or your firm, or some related news item, or your general group (username) for our CMS-driven site.

In general, TRXL publishes news items forwarded to us from company representatives, public relations companies, and readers with the intention of publication. We assume all email communication is “publishable material”—unless stated otherwise or in contradiction with our Information Use statements.
